UV-C DESINFECTION

At the same time, micro-organisms are prevented from multiplying, for which the efficiency is up to 99.97 percent. The intensity achieved in this way has a very strong germicidal effect, as the short-wave, high-energy radiation reaches 253 n.m., so that physical desinfection takes place. Basically, the desinfection of the mattress, carpets and upholstered furniture is thus prepared quickly and very effectively, with no odor or any other kind of environmental pollution. It is possible to speak of a purely physical disinfection variant in our system.

In the step combined by us, immediately after disinfection, the mattress is deep-cleaned up to 12 cm by means of vacuum suction and vibration together with the powerful HEPA filters. This is possible because the irradiation unit and vacuum cleaner are combined in one machine and work in parallel.

As a result, the patented MattPro® cleaning system (viewed in terms of work processes) can be said to be a two-stage process. The previously killed viruses, bacteria as well as mites, their droppings, residue and dust can be removed from the textile, absolutely free of chemicals.

The generated air stream of the vacuum cleaner with vibrating head (Kirby patented), and a soft brush roller, shakes the fabric of the mattress and pulverizes dust, mites as well as their droppings.

The powerful industrial vacuum motor removes almost all foreign particles that have accumulated on and in the textile. The American institute CRI has awarded the vacuum cleaner with the gold seal of approval. The cleaning system meets the strict requirements for dust collection devices according to the standards of international organizations.
